Medical Policy

 

 

Participation:

• A written note is needed from a parent if the student is sick or injured and feels he or she cannot participate. This note is to be submitted to the school nurse.

• After the third day, a doctor/trainer’s note is needed to excuse the student from further class periods. 

• This note, however, does not excuse the student from class. He or she is still required to attend class and an alternate activity will be arranged by the teacher.
